In the sixteenth week of my internship, I focused on implementing effective strategies for complaint resolution, aligning them with my research topic. I worked closely with the branch manager and the team to develop standardized procedures, clear communication channels, and training programs to address customer complaints promptly and efficiently. I observed the impact of these strategies on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
