Embarking on an Exciting Culinary Journey
In my first week of the internship at Quality Tandoori, I dived headfirst into the world of culinary excellence. From the very beginning, I was captivated by the aroma of spices and the sizzle of dishes on the grill. As I familiarized myself with the restaurant’s operations, I assisted the branch manager in daily activities, including taking orders, coordinating with the kitchen staff, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations. It was a week filled with new faces, new flavors, and new experiences.
Reflection: During my first week, I realized the immense responsibility that comes with working in the restaurant industry. The fast-paced environment demanded quick thinking and efficient multitasking. As I interacted with customers, I discovered the importance of providing exceptional service to create a memorable dining experience.
